Furniture and wall stickers for home decor. How to freshen up a home on a budget.

Furniture and wall stickers for home decor. How to freshen up a home on a budget.

Redecorating a home needn’t be expensive. I thought I’d show you how you could freshen up a space with furniture and wall stickers from Pixers.

I’ve been wanting to paint the risers of my staircase for a while, but the thought of sanding and painting filled me with dread. I wasn’t mentally prepared for the mess, so when I found out about Pixerstick stickers, I decided to experiment with them on my stairs.

The wonderful thing about these wall stickers are that they are removable and gentle to the paint below. I decided on a pastel palette. The stickers were all sent to me pre cut. What do you think of the new look?I also ordered stickers for my children’s desk at home. Check out this colourful print I used for my son’s IKEA desk. It matches the art prints on the wall well, don’t you think?Doesn’t this just feel like a happy space to work now? Here’s another view.wall stickersI’ve decided to use the same IKEA desk to style a different look. This time, I placed a marble effect sticker on the other side of the table surface.Great to be able to create 2 looks using one piece of furniture.

There are so many possibilities and you can completely transform a relatively inexpensive piece of furniture, like I have here.Doesn’t the marble sticker look so real? This is now the perfect table top for instagram flat lays.

Hope you’ve enjoyed this little DIY post with furniture and wall stickers, complete with an IKEA hack. Have a lovely day.

(All photography and styling are by Little Big Bell. The stickers were gifted to me by Pixers, however all views are my own).
