Tips on how to organise a teen boy’s room with with Curver’s concrete looking Beton boxes

I have come to realise that banishing clutter is the way forward to a happy and relaxing vibe at home. That, and of course the addition of some colour.

What does one do on a long bank holiday weekend? Well, for me it was about reorganising the home.

I decided to start in my son’s bedroom. You may recall that, a while back, his bedroom was just blue and black.

However, over a period of time colour crept in.

I’m not sure he is totally happy with a rainbow coloured room, so I’ve decided to balance it with shades of grey, in the form of concrete looking plastic boxes from the Curver Beton range.Curver Beton boxesAs you can see, I have 3 large Curver Beton boxes by his bed side. It’s so cool that it also doubles as a bedside table. My son loves playing games with his dad. It is not uncommon to see cards and dice strewn on the bed. I wanted to make his games accessible, yet easily cleared away. These Beton boxes were just perfect for his bedside space. I have unstacked them here for you to see.So now his bed looks so neat. Don’t you think that despite the colours, it feels very calm and relaxing? The Curver Beton boxes come in different sizes.

As you can see, I have made full use of the boxes in organising my son’s things.I just love that texture and look of concrete. The good news is that it’s super light, unlike the real thing.

They would be great as storage in a men’s Den or perhaps in an industrial type interior space. The grey tone works really well with the blue walls and pops of yellow in my son’s room.

I have stored his socks in that super large Curver Beton box under his shelf.

The box is easy to open and has ample room. There are so many uses for these Beton boxes, for example, I’ve used them to organise his collectible cards.

He loves Pokemon cards, and it’s great that we can now keep them all in one place.Hope you’ve enjoyed seeing my son’s revamped colourful room.

So, what do you think? Those Curver Beton boxes are great for a tween turning into a teen room.

I’ll be showing you more aspects of his room on instagram soon, so watch this space.
