Kids' Room

Boy’s bedroom makeover with The Little White Company.

Boy's-bedroom-Little-Big-BellI’m sure if you have been following Little Big Bell long enough, you would have seen my son’s bedroom change its look from time to time, and you would also know that our family absolutely adore the brand The White Company and The Little White Company .Boy's_bedroom_Little_White_Company_on_Little_Big_BellLast year I styled a Breton theme look using The Little White company’s bedding range.

As The White Company turns 21 this year, I thought I’d celebrate with another room styling, from their latest children’s collection.the-little-white-company-new-duvet-london-print-photo-by-Little-Big-BellWhen I refresh the look of my son’s room, I often only adjust a few decorative pieces and change the bedding.

Small minor changes can often make a huge impact to the feel of a room. It makes it feel new and creates a vibrant energy.

The new theme for his bedroom is quite simply ‘London’.

Now I’ve added the Soldier knitted cushion from the new collection.

Love how their collections are so consistent in style, you can mix and match current and previous seasons together without having to fork out a huge amount of money, yet you are able to create a completely new look for the room.

You can also see in the photo above, a close up of the new London print duvet cover that I recently bought.The-Little-White-companySo small changes can create a different look.

I took down one of of his old framed prints and replaced it with the new ‘Live, Love, Laugh’ print from The White Company. I adore its inspirational reminder and happy vibe.The-little-white-company-2015-photo-by-Little-Big-BellI also made some shelves from recycling old wooden wine boxes which I painted, and then hung them securely above the bed.

Those shelves could also be hung lower by the bedside as storage.Lion-motif-jumper-photo-by-Little-Big-BellTo complement the whole London theme of his bedding, my son wore his Little White Company striped jumper, complete with the lion and a Union Jack bowler hat. Such a cute jumper don’t you think?Little-White-company-stripes-photo-by-Little-Big-BellThe back of his jumper even matches the cushion on his bed.
Live-love-laughThe rug in his bedroom is from Ralph Lauren home and the bed throw is from Design House Stockholm. The anchor cushion is from West Elm in London.The-Little-White-company-boy's-bedroom-b-styled-by-Little-Big-BellSo, what do you think? A relatively inexpensive update for a new fresh look.

Hope you’ve enjoyed this. I have so many more exciting posts to come and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.

In the meantime, do also follow along on Instagram. I will be off on many fun adventures over the next few days.
