How to organise a teen girl’s dressing table with make up storage

How to organise a teen girl’s dressing table with make up storage find tidying and organising strangely therapeutic.

I’ve recently organised my workspace and my son’s bedroom.

I’ve also given my teen daughter’s bedroom a touch of paint and a revamp, but have not tackled her dressing table drawers, until now.Although she is perfectly happy with her organised mess, I just couldn’t help myself.

It’s great that I have a huge collection of Curver Infinity boxes to use. So, one weekend I set off to work. There’s a shelving unit at the end of her bed, which she part uses as a dressing table. I’ve given the area a little brightening up with some wall prints.I’ve also added a super cute machine washable rug gifted to me by Lorena Canals. The rug is one of the collaborations they did with Joy Cho of Oh Joy. I absolutely adore the colour palette and it feels so soft to walk on.dressing table make up storageThe Curver Infinity cups are so useful for storing lipsticks and make up brushes.Such a simple solution to keep the dressing table area tidy.Next, I tackled the drawers. I was quite ruthless with the edit. Out of date make up or unused ones were removed ( obviously with approval). The Curver Infinity boxes were perfect for organising the boxes of make up palettes. I placed the smaller items in the narrower Curver Infinity boxes.dressing-table-decorIt took me an hour to tidy her dressing table, and she absolutely loves it. She just needs to promise to keep it tidy. What would I do without my Curver boxes?  They are so handy to have and makes my space instantly tidy.
