My pink evil eye charm to scare away all things spooky on Halloween.

My pink evil eye charm to scare away all things spooky on Halloween.

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend. I’ve been busy styling rooms and doing photoshoots.

I haven’t re-styled my upstairs workspace for a while, so I thought it was the perfect time to change a few things around, and add a few new pieces.

Can you spot them? (the title gives it away doesn’t it?)One of my absolute favourite new additions is that pink, gold and turquoise evil eye charm in the centre of the wall.

Isn’t it beautiful? It was kindly sent to me by Umasqu.

It’s made of American walnut, Veneer and MDF, with a wide variety of colours to pick from.evil eye charmCall me superstitious, but I totally believe in the power of the Evil eye charm.

Of course, it could all be a coincidence, but I will forever associate good and protection with this charm.evil eye charmMost evil eye charms are in the traditional blue, white and black.

I think Tzachi Nevo, the designer and founder behind Umasqu has definitely hit the jackpot with this idea of beautifully designed evil eyes as home decor.

Umasqu do lots of different wall wooden decor too, so do check them out.We all need an evil eye charm in our homes don’t we?

In fact, I will be giving one away on Halloween.

Keep an eye on my instagram for that day. Maybe together we will deflect all things spooky on October 31st right?Anyway, back to new things in my workspace. Did you spot my 2 new art prints?

That gorgeous Liberte, egalite and Sorite art print is from the lovely Stacey at Black and Beech. I love the inspirational saying and the colour palette is just perfect for my wall.

The print just above it is called Bloom by Particular People. It reminds me of a fairy ( another good sign, in my eyes) and I love the pastel pink and olive green hue. I also have a larger version, which you will be seeing soon in a new styling at home. Finally, did you spot the new Geometric Emerald carpet from my friend Lorena Canals? I absolutely adore her collection of machine washable rugs, and even better sales contribute to her Sakula school project in India for poor and deprived children.

Hope you’ve enjoyed my little home updates.

Don’t forget about the instagram giveaway on Halloween to win a Umasqu evil eye.

Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead.

( All styling and photography are by Geraldine Tan, editor of Little Big Bell. The products were gifted by those listed and the collaboration with Umasqu is a paid partnership ).
