Hallway Lighting

Hand blown glass hallway lights from Curiousa & Curiousa.

I’ve been on the hunt for hallway lights for a while.

I wanted something understated yet elegant, and of course with that pop of colour.

I’ve always been a fan of Curiousa & Curiousa’s hand blown glass lights, so I was beyond excited to get some made for my hallway.

I’ve chosen Curiousa & Curiousa’s Oshka lights for their pretty silhouettes inspired by Russian Matryoshka dolls.

There were 23 glass colours and 8 different flex colours to select from.hallway light ideasI’ve picked a large Oshka in teal and ruby.and a medium one in citron and Turkish blue.hand blown glass hallway lightThis citron and Turkish blue Oshka light looks great against the pale pink of my wall.

The colours harmonise so well together don’t you think? The colours were selected to match my new hallway wallpaper.I love how the ruby of my large Oshka light adds drama to the hallway.

Even better, at night when turned on, it gives off a warm red glow, like sitting by a fireplace on a cold Winter’s night. hallway lights from Curiousa and CuriousaIf you stand at my door entryway, you can see both lights greeting you as you come in, adding pops of colourful happiness to the space.Incidentally, Curiousa & Curiousa have released a new light collection recently that comprise of sculptural layers of hand blown glass with walnut wood, and are inspired by American totem poles.

You can see them above, aren’t they so pretty?Anyway, hope this post has given you some inspiration on how to add more pops of colours in the hallway.

I’m so pleased with my Curiousa & Curiousa lights. They have really added that finishing touch to my hallway revamp. I’d love to know what you think.

Finally, wishing you all a wonderful start to your week.
