For those who have followed my blog for a while, no doubt will know that I am a huge fan of Kate Spade NY.
This post is all about my Limited edition red Spring forward watering can clutch..
Can you spot it on that beautifully styled desk at London’s Kate Spade shop?
The wonderful people at The Academy of flowers in Covent garden made me this sweet little posy of flowers for the photo shoot.
I absolutely adore it as it screams fun and happiness. Spring is definitely here.
It was made to celebrate Chelsea in Bloom , an annual floral art show, in association with the Royal Horticultural Society.
This year is the show’s 10th anniversary and between the 18th and 23rd May, the streets of Chelsea will be transformed with amazing floral displays.
There is also an annual competition for the best floral shop fronts.
Last year, Kate Spade was the Gold winner of this prestigious award.
This year’s theme is ‘Fairy Tales’. I can’t wait to see the creative results.
In addition to a panel award, there is also a People’s champion award. You can vote between the 19th to 21st May here.
Now, for the rest of the photo shoot reveal. A little explanation first:
Every time I go into a Kate Spade store, I notice how beautifully put together the shop associates are in their Kate Spade favourites.
They are also always on hand to give great styling tips.
Today, two of them kindly agreed to do a photo shoot with me during their breaks.
I left them to style their own this season’s look. All will feature my Kate Spade red watering can clutch.
The shoot took place around the bustling vicinity of Covent garden in London. We found lots of Donald Robertson murals to pose against.
Here is Agnes Bandere. Agnes chose the Flamingo sheath dress with a collection of Kate Spade accessories. I love how she has layered her necklaces.
This is what Agnes said about her dress ” I love flamingos and I love how the shape of this dress shows off my figure. I love layering my jewellery like Coco Chanel. Kate Spade is my favourite for accessories and that’s why I work here.”
The colour of the flamingos perfectly match the bag. Love the layering of her bracelets here too.
Such a fun shoot. Agnes has managed to create a style that looked perfect with the bag.
Next, is Natalie Jade Best, Senior sales associate at Kate Spade NY in London.
She is wearing this season’s leopard dot layered tank and pleated crepe skirt.
The watering can clutch contrasts well against the pale palette of the outfit and is accentuated against the dark blue tiled wall.
Here’s what Natalie said ‘ I love this collection! The colours are so perfect for Summer and they really compliment my skin tone. What’s great about these pieces is that I can also wear them in the Winter too by adding a piece of knitwear. And of course the flamingo ring is my ‘favourite party ring’.
Hope you have all enjoyed the post. Do check out the Chelsea in Bloom floral art show May 18th to 23rd.
Have a wonderful week!
