In continuation of my Arctic Pine, Scandinavian theme, here is instalment number 2 of my Christmas home decor.
This is before I show you the children’s decoration in a later blog post. A far cry from the toned down minimalism, but a relaxed style that I adore too.
At last, I have found use for my Marimekko cloth pouch, perfect for housing a miniature pine.
I chanced upon this wreath made of frosted oak leaves and twigs in a newly opened florist called Galton Flowers.
I love it for its quirky fragility and natural beauty. I have kept it simple without any embellishment. What do you think?
Recently, I attended the East London Design fair and instantly fell for these cute rabbit prints by the talented Jo of Ham. The kids absolutely adore them and I always smile when I pass by. The perfect Christmas cheer don’t you think?
As much as I love the frosty Wintery walks in the woods and hot cocoa with family by the fire, I’m secretly pining for Spring. How better to combine the seasons than with these festive Marimekko cups, sprouting sweet, scented bulbs.
As dusk set in post Christmas feast, set the mood with these lit Birch bark candles.
Hope you’ve enjoyed this post. Be prepared for the kids’ colourful Christmas, a blog post in the pipeline. Have a good week all. x
