(AD) It’s not easy to find the perfect stylish storage for the bedroom. I’ve been on the lookout for quite some time.
My criteria was for it be of good quality, look fabulous, be colourful and customisable for size and function.
Although we have two huge wardrobes in our bedrooms, a His and Hers, there was still not enough room.
I needed drawers for my trinkets and handbags, whilst my husband needed drawers for his socks and boxers.
Well, as you can see, the wait was over, with my discovery of Tylko’s smart organisation storage system.Introducing you to Tylko’s Type 02 bookcase or shelving unit in Forest green and mint. Doesn’t this stylish storage for the bedroom look wonderful? Of course, it doesn’t have to be just for the bedroom, it can be placed elsewhere in the house too.
For once, my husband could heave a sigh of relief as it isn’t pink, the colour that is overtaking our home.
Ordering is so easy. Simply measure out the space that you want your storage to go into. Then, go online to configure it with shelves, drawers and cupboards. I have selected all three features. There is a brilliant digital visual tool to help you see the configuration you have designed.I’ve styled my shelves with my favourite things, previously hidden away. Can you spot my Marimekko mug collection?
The assembly of the shelving unit required 2 people, but it was easy, as the instructions were very clear.
The colour coded connectors between the pieces snap securely into place. No tools or screws were needed. It’s a beautiful solid piece of shelving unit. The design is so sleek and seamless.
There’s so much attention to detail, like how the drawers and door handles match the unit colours, and sit flush against the edge. It’s so fun to lie on the bed, and just stare at some of my favourite things. My Tylko type 2 bookcase fits the title of stylish storage for the bedroom don’t you think?
The wonderful thing is that it is flat packed, so you can dismantle and move it around if needed. Mine will be staying firmly in that spot from now on. The only thing that may change is the decor on the shelves.
