Landscape gardening at its best can always be found at the Chelsea Flower show.
I thought I’d show you one of my favourite gardens at the 2023 show which has truly inspired me.
The garden above is the Nurture Landscape garden by Sarah Price and inspired by the 16th Century garden of Sir Cedric Morris.
Next year, I will be embarking on a garden redesign for my London home, so I’m trying to collect ideas. I have already started working with a group of garden designers for my project.
I love how this garden is delineated into different areas of interests, with a mix of flowers and foliages.
Isn’t that Herringbone shaped clay stone paving beautiful? I love how it creates a pretty pathway surrounded by greenery leading towards a serene seated area under the tree.
To me, clever landscaping is how this water feature has been made to look as if formed by nature.
This part of the garden looks like a beautiful painting, with Benton irises, wild meadow flowers set against pink walls.
A garden redesign and build can appear a daunting task if you have to source your own designer, landscaper and builders yourself.
However, whilst browsing the internet, I found a great site to help you look for your own landscape gardening team, in addition to that, they have written a great resource and checklist to guide you through the potential landscaping costs if you do decide to proceed with works.
I am excited to transform our garden next year and can’t wait to show you soon.
