Cashmere blanket for a warm and cosy layering at home.

cashmere blanketAD. I love the luxury of a cashmere blanket. It may be May now but there’s still a little chill in the air.

I’ve now swopped my heavy bedspread for something light, but an additional warm layering is always welcome.

cashmere blanketWhilst browsing Dot and Tom’s website for blankets, I spotted their Cashmere merino pink and grey pinstripe blanket. I’m now the proud owner of one.cashmere blanketI love how up close the blanket has the sweetest and delicate baby pink and grey stripes, but as you walk away it merges into a beautiful lilac hue.

It just goes so well with the pastel shades in my bedroom.

Just a simple accessory like a throw or blanket can really add texture and add interest to a room.cashmere blanketThe blanket is beautifully made in England using traditional weaving techniques. It’s one of those pieces that when you touch it, you know it’s  premium quality.

On chilly nights whilst watching Netflix on the sofa, I love wrapping myself in this cashmere blanket.

It really is super soft and cosy to snuggle under.

It’s also light, and easy to carry around.Previously when travelling on planes ( I’m sure many of us haven’t for ages), I like to create my own first class luxury whilst in economy.

This blanket would be great for recreating that luxe feel. Also perfect as an additional layering on chilly nights at the hotel.

Well, now all we have to do is hope and wish that normality will soon return and that we can all travel again.

I’ll be running a giveaway of this fabulous blanket, worth £250 on my Instagram soon, so do check it out.

Happy Bank holiday for those in the U.K.

( All photography are by Geraldine Tan, editor of Little Big Bell. the blanket was a gift by Dot and Tom).
