Decorex International 2021 at London’s Olympia -My favourite design finds.

A Rum Fellow Decorex International 2021I attended the press day at Decorex International 2021 today.

Below, I have selected 4 brands that I found and loved at the fair:

Above is A Rum Fellow , a London based design studio dedicated to artisan textiles and rugs. The company is founded by Caroline Lindsell and Dylan O’Shea.

Their fabrics and rugs are all handcrafted and woven by master weavers in Guatemala.A Rum Fellow Decorex International 2021I adore the vibrant colours and patterns, and can really see everything fitting in well in my home.

Currently they don’t sell direct to the public, but via trade and interior designers only.Annika Reed Decorex International 2021 by Little Big BellThis gorgeous wallpaper designed by Annika Reed , is called the Red Coat Soldier and is inspired by a drawing from 1770.

The colourway pays homage to the decorative medieval tapestry, and according to Annika, it’s like adding a sense of history to your walls.I’ve always loved the elegant simplicity of Original BTC, a British company founded by Peter Bowles in 1990.

Here’s the Fin King table light, a bone china lamp handmade in Stoke-on-Trent. The shade is a timeless ivory linen.pooky lights Decorex internationalLast but not least, are the eclectic array of lamps and shades by Pooky.

I’ve been eyeing their lamps and shades for a while on social media.

What I love about this brand is how they have so many styles to suit all tastes and budgets.

I love the pleated Ikat design shades in different colours.

New for this season, they are bringing out a collection of rechargeable lamps. Such a brilliant idea don’t you think? We can now carry that cosy glow of a traditional lamp anywhere.

Finally, hope you’ve enjoyed this short and sweet post on Decorex International 2021.
