Pastels-interiors-Little-Big-BellToday was a busy day photographing my study. Remember Part one of my study here? So, finally Part 2 is completed. Part 3 is yet to come.

I didn’t quite realise it, but I had begun to incorporate tones similar to Dulux’s colour of the year, Copper Blush into my styling.

Interesting that I take a reverse approach to styling. Come up with the combination swatch (above) after I finish!

Out-there-interiors-dusky-pink-chair-featured-on-Little-Big-BellIt all started with a beautiful dusky pink Rattan chair from Out There InteriorsΒ and everything else just followed.

I bought the Brooklyn print by Alphonnsine whilst I was in America recently. The stool is from the Ikea Brakig range in mint and the cushion is by Kangan Arora.

  1. I like this color combination a lot. It is so fresh, great for spring. It also makes me think of some pastell jewelry sprinkled with some pink gold.

  2. Looking at just the color palette, the copper blush seems to stick out like a sore thumb, but they translate really well when used together in an actual room. Beautiful styling!!

  3. Lovely as always, Geraldine! I’ve been coming to your blog for probably a year now and it just keeps getting better. I really look forward to the bit of sunshine I get here. Thank you! xo
