Today I’d like to shine the light on the cutest rounded kettle and toaster from The Funky Appliance Company.
When I first saw this adorable duo, I knew they would fit right in my pastel coloured kitchen.
I love the gorgeous Rose Gold hue. What do you think?
I tested them out last weekend whilst making some breakfast. 
The kettle has a capacity of 1.7 litres which is amazing, because it means I can boil up to 7 cups of water at once, which is great when we have guests over for tea.
The smooth rounded handle of the kettle ensures a good grip and the kettle is surprisingly light. Compared to my previous kettle, this one gives a faster and quieter boil. A full kettle boils in just 3 minutes and 22 seconds.
Filling the kettle was pretty easy with its rear water level window.
We have right and lefthand users in our family, so I was rather impressed with the 360 degrees swivel base, so everyone can handle the kettle comfortably.
I don’t like the sight of messy cords and wires, so was pleased to discover that you can wrap them around the base to keep the kettle looking neat and tidy when not in use.
There’s also a removable washable mesh filter to rid limescale.
A nice hot cup of tea deserves a slice of well toasted Sourdough don’t you think?
The Funky Appliance Company’s toaster does the trick, and I’m loving its retro design too. Reminds me of those stylish vintage radios.
We have 4 people in our household, so a 4 slice toaster was perfect.
As much as we love sliced Sourdough in the morning, we love to change up our breakfast breads too.
Sometimes we have Bagels, sometimes muffins, crumpets and even homemade banana bread.
As this toaster has deep and variable width slots, it means that there is no trouble accommodating those breads of different sizes.
Its high lift function also makes for easy access, so no burnt fingers when trying to retrieve smaller slices.
The variable browning controls means we can have our toasts the way we like them done.
So, what do you think? Aren’t they just adorable and so functional too. Definitely a perfect addition to my colourful kitchen.
